Welcome!

The music school is open and all lessons are in full swing for young and old.

  • We are very proud of all the students that have passed their external music exams, from Initial Grade to Grade 8, in various instruments and theory, with such huge success.
  • The music school facilitates music as an 8th subject for the matric certificate. With the help of our dedicated teachers, all our matric students could get this accolade on their matric certificates. To achieve this is always a highlight!
  • Many adults come to us for music lessons. Some just for the pleasure of it and others to prepare for a music exam.
  • We are proud and thankful for the progress of every student.

There is a place for everyone at Linden Music School.

Here we talk the language of music and it is our mission to develop lifelong musicians and lovers of music.

We will continue with the wonderful task of teaching music and to reaching even more people through music.

Die musiekskool is oop en alle lesse is in volle swang vir jonk en oud.

  • Ons is veral trots op al die studente wat hulle eksterne musiekeksamens, Voor Graad 1 tot Graad 8, in die onderskeie instrumente en teorie, so suksesvol afgelê het!
  • Musiek as 8ste vak in matriek word deur die musiekskool gefasiliteer en al die studente het sodanig, met die hulp van hulle toegewyde onderwysers dié erkenning met groot welslae op hulle matriek serifikate ontvang. Dit bly ‘n hoogtepunt!
  • Vele volwassenes kom neem by ons les. Party net vir die plesier en genot daarvan en ander om eksterne eksamens af te lê.
  • Ons is trots en dankbaar vir elke student se vordering.

Daar is plek vir almal by Linden Musiekskool.

Hier praat ons die taal van musiek en poog ons om lewenslange musikante en musiekliefhebbers te kweek.

Ons sal voortgaan met die wonderlike werk van musiekonderrig en probeer om nog meer mense te bereik deur middel van die liefde vir musiek.

Musiek is ons passie, ons liefde en ons taak.

About Us

Oor ons

The Linden Music School was founded in 1971 as part of the Louw Geldenhuys Music Centre. The music school was privatised in 1998 and is owned and managed by Joan Viljoen. The school currently has 10 teachers and more than 150 students.

Die Linden Musiekskool het ontstaan in 1971 as deel van die Louw Geldenhuys musieksentrum. Die musiekskool is in 1998 geprivatiseer en is onder die bestuur van Joan Viljoen. Die skool het huidiglik 10 onderwysers and meer as 150 studente.

  • Lesson fees are not fixed and can be adjusted at any time.
